Gender: female, although Carolyn always refers to me as a "he", very confusing
Lived with Carolyn: since Aug. 1999
Favorite Food: new turtle dinners with pieces of grasshoppers, meal worms, bananas and strawberries
Interests: hibernating most of the year, playing hide 'n seek in the flower beds, making scratching noises on the plastic of my enclosure
Dislikes: talk of reptiles carrying samonella
If you had it to do all over again: ask to be named "Shia LaBeauf" instead of Pico
Biggest trauma in life: 2 surgeries for an infection and Carolyn prying my mouth open with a crochet hook to give me antibiotics (but a I have been very healthy the last 9 years of my life)

Poor Pico is really confused: Shia LeBeauf is a boy. You didn't mention the time he got left out in the yard in the middle of the summer and was under the canoe. What does pico want to be when she grows up?
Shia LeBeauf has a girl's name. And I forgot being lost in the yard during a storm and being found in the waterfall depression that was filling up with water and certain death. Cooking under the canoe and everybody thinking he was dead was also tramatic.
Pico is still thinking what he wants to be when he grows up. Turtles do a lot of thinking and do it very, very slowly.
