And To All A Good Night!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve although we missed John and family (in Texas), Amy and family (in Orem) and Katrina and family (in Walla Walla, Wash.) We started with an elegant dinner at Dave and Diane's.
Then we went to my house for the program. Celeste was Snoopy for the singing of Snoopy's Christmas (you know fighting the Red Baron in WWI.)

Then she accompanied us on the bells and rode in her sled for the singing of Jingle Bells.
Next she acted out all parts of the Nativity story. Here she is as the angel and the wiseman. See the video for more.

Then we watched Celeste open Christmas presents.
She squealed with delight and was excited about every gift. She gave gifts to Uncle Dave for safe keeping.
Creativity unleased! We decorated graham cracker houses, giving the resident architect the large structure to decorate (which even ended up with gargoyles.) At this point a neighbor came and requested we call 911 because of a fall of an older lady. We helped out there and guided the ambulance to their unit which is hard to find.

Finished buildings.
My walkway looks festive.

Scott and Mandy put together this lego home.
